As the owner of Sunny Fridge Consulting, LLC, my passion is helping others to unleash their untapped potential through workshops, masterminds, seminars and coaching. I am an award-winning broadcast professional and journalism educator. I’ve mentored hundreds of students and clients to help them develop skills to become successful communicators.
I have worked with individuals, teams, and organizations to help them connect in meaningful ways. I love to S.M.I.L.E. (show up, mentor, inspire, listen/learn/lead every day).
In 2017 I received the Business Women’s Leadership Award from the Empowering Progressive Women’s Association. I am a board member of the Optimist Club of Jackson. and recently partnered with the PEARSON Foundation in Pearl, MS to begin monthly YouthMAX leadership sessions.
